How do I book a cleaning with I Got Maids?
As an on-demand service, you can book instantly through our website or mobile app. Simply select your home size, choose a date and time that fits your schedule, and we’ll handle the rest.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
No, most of our clients are not home during their appointments. You can provide entry instructions—such as a spare key location, garage code, or smart lock access—during the booking process.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand life happens! We ask for at least 24 to 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without a fee. This allows us to offer the slot to another customer and ensures our cleaning teams are fairly compensated.

Services & Pricing

What is included in a "Standard" cleaning?
Our standard maintenance clean includes dusting all reachable surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks), and wiping down kitchen counters and appliance exteriors.

How does "Deep Cleaning" differ from "Standard"?
Deep cleaning is a restoration service that tackles built-up grime. It includes intensive tasks like hand-wiping baseboards, cleaning inside the microwave, and scrubbing grout that isn't typically covered in a routine visit.

Are cleaning supplies provided?
Yes! I Got Maids provides all professional-grade supplies and equipment. If you have specific eco-friendly products or a preferred vacuum you'd like us to use, just let us know in your booking notes.

How do you set your rates?
We keep things simple and transparent. For your first visit, take advantage of our introductory pricing: just $100 for 2 hours, $170 for 4 hours, or $210 for 6 hours.

Following your initial cleaning, we will provide a customized flat rate for your home based on its specific size and how often you’d like us to visit. This ensures you always know the exact cost upfront with no hidden fees.

Are your cleaners background-checked?
Absolutely. Every professional on our team undergoes a rigorous national background check, so you can feel confident your home is in safe hands. Because we partner with independent contractors who are already experts in their field, they arrive fully prepared to provide high-quality service without the need for additional training.


Is I Got Maids insured and bonded?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded. This protects you against accidental damage to your property and provides liability coverage for our staff while they are in your home.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If we missed a spot or something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

Special Requests & Pets

What should I do with my pets?
We love pets! However, for the safety of your animals and our cleaners, we recommend securing them in a comfortable room or crate if they are prone to stress around new people or vacuum noises.

Can I request "Add-on" services?
Yes! You can add specialized tasks to your booking, such as cleaning the inside of your fridge or oven, interior window washing, or handling a load of laundry.
