What’s Included

Our cleaning services are tailored to your space and selected service type. Specific tasks will be outlined during the quote and booking process.

If you have special requests, please let us know in advance so we can best accommodate your needs.

Preparing for Your Cleaning

To ensure the best results, we ask that you:

  • Remove excessive clutter from surfaces and floors

  • Secure fragile or valuable items

  • Provide clear access to all areas being cleaned

This allows our team to focus on detailed cleaning rather than organizing.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring access at the scheduled time. This may include:

  • Being present

  • Providing keys, codes, or entry instructions

  • Coordinating with staff or management (for commercial spaces)

If we are unable to access the property, a service fee may apply.

Pets

We love pets, but for safety and efficiency:

  • Please secure pets as needed

  • Inform us in advance if pets will be present

Add-On Services

Additional services such as deep cleaning, interior appliances, garage, basement, or specialized commercial cleaning must be requested in advance.

Requests made at the time of service may not always be accommodated.

Service Limitations

For safety and quality reasons, we do not:

  • Clean areas that pose a safety risk

  • Handle biohazards or hazardous materials

  • Move heavy furniture or equipment

We reserve the right to decline or adjust services based on the condition of the space.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your service.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If something is not completed to your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours of your service.

We will make every effort to address the concern promptly.

Condition of the Space

Spaces with excessive buildup, neglect, or conditions beyond standard cleaning may require:

  • Additional time

  • Additional cost

  • A revised service plan

Respect for Your Space

Our team works to maintain a safe, professional, and respectful environment in every space we service. We ask that clients also ensure safe and appropriate working conditions.
